Svita Raxina is a former member and lieutenant of the Technocratic Labor Union - itself a front for the Ceres/Ross Mob - who was slowly building power in Ross Prime in order to create a separate branch of organized crime. After a deal with the other TLU leadership went sour, she declared all-out war with her former members and is currently fighting for control over Ross Prime.
